Portable breath ketone meter measures breath acetone for ketosis tracking with 3 LED indicators (green, amber, red). Includes a device with washable mouthpieces for repeated use and supports operation with 2 AA alkaline batteries (not included).
For accurate readings, exhaust residuals before the first use by running the warm-up procedure 1–2 times without blowing, then blow for 5–6 seconds right after warm-up. Test breath immediately within the first seconds so analysis starts at the correct time.
LED guidance: green indicates ketosis reading successfully; amber indicates low battery; red indicates unsuccessful reading. Breath acetone ranges (PPM): 0–2 not in ketosis or just before ketosis; 3–4 early ketosis; 5–10 light ketosis; 11–39 optimum ketosis; 40–59 caution for too much ketosis; 60–99 danger for too high ketosis.
